Sleep Lane Baby Co offers baby sleep consulting services, including personalised sleep plans and support. All advice provided is based on general sleep principles and does not replace medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any medical concerns.

4. Client Responsibilities

Safe Sleep: You agree to follow safe sleep practices as recommended by health authorities.
Medical Disclosure: You agree to inform us of any medical conditions your baby may have that could affect sleep guidance.
Implementation: Our role is to provide guidance and support. It’s your choice to implement any suggestions, and you do so at your own discretion.

5. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payments: Payments are due before or on the date of your consultation or service start.
Cancellations: Cancellations within 72 hours of a scheduled consultation may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products and personalised services, refunds are not available once plans have been accessed, downloaded, or the service has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, sleep plans, and resources are the property of Sleep Lane Baby Co and protected by copyright laws. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to other websites we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

8. Testimonials & Reviews
