Hiya! I'm Elaine

Hiya! I’m Elaine. Before I had my son Jamie, I knew nothing about babies or kids. I used to be an architect — and I thought I knew what sleep deprivation was, thanks to countless all-nighters. But caring for a baby took exhaustion to a whole new level.

When Jamie was younger, he would nap for only 30 minutes at a time and wake up 5–6 times every night. I reached my breaking point — I knew I couldn’t do it alone, so I decided to get support. Once we uncovered the root of Jamie’s sleep struggles and put the right strategies in place, I finally got the rest I’d been longing for. I was amazed by the difference it made, and it sparked something in me — I wanted to understand baby sleep inside out and help other families too. So I trained to become a certified baby sleep consultant.

Now based in Sydney, Australia. Originally from Hong Kong, I speak Cantonese and Mandarin as well as English — and it’s been such a joy to support families from many different backgrounds. Since then, I’ve helped many families find gentle, practical sleep solutions that truly work for them. I believe a good night’s sleep is a journey we can walk together, one peaceful night at a time. I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned and be by your side on your own Sleep Lane.
